House with Subterranean Garage

This house have a subterranean garage. You must put you car into the garage, there isn't a good animation, and the car will by flying when the sims use the car, but you have safe the garage space and you can have a pool in a small terrain. (Tutorial in spanish into the "Official The Sims2 magazine, nº 2", page 78-79).

This house, have three diferent walls and floors tiles, made by me. One of them is the "Under the see" (In spanish "Bajo el Mar" and "Mar", and you can find in: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=149941). The other two tiles, are the "Antiguo" (Old) set, in two recolors, "Garnet and Cream", and Green. I will up load this sets, and the original one, in the section "http://www.modthesims2.com/download...=416&showType=2".

And the wall "Melocotón madera media" ("Peach mediun wood") is my creation too.

This house have the subterranean garage, four rooms, 3 baths, and a chimney. It is a 3x2 lot, and it costs 48.566.
