short & sassy: tie-front top with new bottoms by lliella

I made the tie-front top (from short & sassy) into top only, so you could mix and match with a printed mini or a dressy denim slacks. This was requested by fishman0422. To view the outfit, click here.

Skirt requires mesh by Dr Pixel -- Peasant Tops and Split Skirts

The pants requires Nightlife EP.
