Yay my first actual GOOD house :3! This is a 3 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms, 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs including the master bedroom. 2 Bathrooms downstairs and 1 upstairs. And its hack free :D!

Lot Worth? = 248,903 ( because it was made on a 5x6 lot )
Custom Content Needed? = No (but expations needed)


First Floor Contains The Following:
1 bedroom (smallest)

Living Room/Dining Room

2 Bedrooms (master and second biggest)

Please Note That When I Was Making This House I accedently made it on a hill meaning that it goes up and the end, so I covered it with trees also this is my first upload so please tell me if it works or does not work :/! enjoy :D!
