Cozy Homestead, a nice small home on a 3x3 lot. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a single car garage, a lovely kitchen, a dining room, and a family/living room combo. The kitchen, dining room, and family/living room form the great room. Through a large sliding patio door there is a great backyard. There is a pool, some grass for the kids and a rap around garden. The master bedroom is large, and has an ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom, which I made a nursary, is a cute little room for the kid, or kid on the way.

The price of this lot is $98,822.
I got the inspiration for this lot from a commercial on television.
