This is my first uploaded lot, however I have lurked as MTS2 for some time now...

This house was inspired by the all the suburban houses popping up around where I live (I live in the newer suburbs of Phoenix Arizona, Chandler to be more precise). They can be rather large (going up to a few million dollars), or rather small (down to around the low $200,000's). This house is somewhere in the middle, however on the larger side.

First (Ground) Floor -- Full kitchen containing an island, nook, diningroom and a Bonus room.

Second Floor -- 3 bedrooms including master, 2 bathrooms, loft, and a small bonus area
