I originally started this home as townhome to put in my downtown, but it ended up taking a different turn. I am not sure what the real term is (if there is a real term) but I call it a "multi-story loft". In addition to the ground floor, there are two additional floors supported by a central column. The two upper floors are not attached to the front wall creating an open loft feeling about it.

Ground Floor -- single car garage, kitchen with dining area, half bathroom, splitlevel living area.

Second Floor -- entrance, main living area

Third Floor -- bedroom, bathroom with shower
