Ok, for my first upload we have a 1 bedroom house.
This also has...
1 Lounge
1 Kitchen/Dining Area
2 Bathrooms (1 Downstairs and 1 Upstairs-en-suite)


Its fully furnished, theres no TV in the house though. All of mine have some sort of hacks on..and I'm not sure where I downloaded them from.

There is just one custom item in the house, and that's the Corner Bath and Shower Unit. You can get this from- http://forums.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=123589
You can also get the recolours from the same place.

To the side of the house is a sweet little garden, with two benches. And to the front of the house theres a porch way, with a front mat. There is also a mirror here, for your Sims to check themselves out before that night out on the town :D
