Here is one of my other creations a Dutch House. Were going to move soon and this house inspired me to make.

On the First floor it got a living room, kitchen, dining room and a little hall with a toilet.
On the second floor it got 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
On the third floor (a fully walk able attic) It got 1 study room and 1 big living/bedroom.

I've made 2 versions, 1 Furnished and one unfurnished except for the lamps

The lot size is 20X40 and the furnished version cost $113.185, unfurnished it cost under $50.000
