This skin is available for teens and young adults and is a maxis recolour - no expansion pack required. Although I suggest you get one, as they are splendid.
I will make a Cedric skin as well, only with 'Diggory' on his back rather than 'Potter' and yellow rather than red. I just thought Harry would be more popular. And I like Harry better. But I do feel sorry for poor Ced to have Voldie's grotty toes pressed all over his face.

Replaced zip files. Apparently, one of my files on my other skin went corrupt. So I reloaded this one... can never be too careful
