hello!!

So this is my first update and I hope you like it!
The house is a little bit expensive 146.852 simdollars (I'm sorry). lot size 3x5
first floor: hallway, toilet, family room, kitchin with dining area.
second floor: masterbathroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
there is also a 3th floor if your family is bigger to make extra bedrooms

next to the house there is room for a driveway if you like.

there is a little bit custom:
