Ok here is my new skin,its shiny and has reliefs. I dont know why but I like to make skins not with ready textures but only with Photoshop, using its different options. This dress doesnt recure eny specidied meshes, it is made on original Maxis dress mesh. So i hope u will enjoy playing with it.
