Nothing to fancy, but even a casual cloth may look attractive if it’s it is not 5 sizes to big. I made a simple sweater mesh, that has no line on the collar area, so you may change its shape, and is slightly longer than maxis and a lot less baggy 
You need a mesh for recolors to work.
The poly count is the same as maxis model, I only changed the shapes.
You may recolor it as mach as you want, but pleas do not redistribute the mesh without permission.
