This is the first house I have built for under 20,000 (Price 15,318).
It's a small house for 4 sims, therefore perfect for a family starting out.
Its got 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and a big open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor. It also has space for a car and a small home business like a flower shop or something (thats what I use it for anyways)
