This is my first house I have uploaded. It is unfurnished. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is an outside bathroom attached to the house. The house is two stories high. And there is enough in the budget for the very basic needs. The first floor has a separate lounge area which could be converted into another bedroom making the total of bedrooms 4. The front door opens into an area which could be for the kitchen, dining area and entertainment room. The second floor has three bedrooms and one bathroom.The choice is up to you on how you want to design this house! I kept it unfurnished and added no extras to keep the price down. It is very spacious for the price.

Everything else in this house is maxis made except for two custom walls. Details below.
