This is an almost exact replica of the house at Sunset Beach where my family stayed for our family reunion. It has a reverse floorplan (meaning that the kitchen and dining room are on top floor, while the bedrooms are on the first floor). Has four bedrooms (two of which have two double beds), 3.5 bathrooms, two TV/living rooms and a kitchen that opens out onto the main living area/dining room. It also includes two wrap around porches for enjoying the ocean breeze and a shower underneath the house to rinse of the sea salt and sand.
