As many sims continue on their quest for real estate, this fine house can satisfy the needs of even the pickiest of sims. At a meager $114,656 this house sits on a spacious 4x4 lot with an invisible driveway (credit given to roddyalexio) that leads to a 2 car garage. There is a basement complete with a full bathroom, and a courtyard in the back. On the entry level, the kitchen is right off of the living/study room. There is an island style table that seats 6, and the kitchen is big enough for even the heftiest of sims. On the upper level, the master bedroom is connected to the master bath, and across the hall is the third bedroom. There is another bathroom on the upper level, to make for easy travel. The lot is huge, and the house looks small, but in actuality, it has enough room for multiple sims to live comfortably. I hope you all enjoy, and please read the attatched readme file. Thanks!
