It 's a spacious Victorian style home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I uploaded a furnished and an un-furnished version of it because it was requested. It comes with a gym (i converted the garage into a gym). There arent many things in it, since not everyone has the EP. If you like it you can add more to it.
I used NO custom content. All things are MAXIS items.
The unfurnished version costs just under 34000 simoleans and the furnished version is just under 104000 simoleans.
