This would be my first upload here on ModTheSims2. I actually requested this house built a few months ago, when my computer wasn't quiet able to handle large lot sizes.

The floor plan design is from - www.viceroy.com
It's built on the largest lot size, costing just under 90,000- unfurnished.

It includes 3 Bedrooms on the top floor, and one bathroom. On the main floor, The Master Bedroom with attatched exercise room and ensuite. Small bathroom, Kitchen, Living/Dinner room, Study room, and Family/Entertainment room. Also, I threw in an unfinished basement, incase anyone needs more room for their family.

It was hard for me to do, but I replaced all the custom content on the lot, and replaced it with all Maxis stuff, except some terrain palates. I also spent a few minutes putting in some trees, and a pond behind the house to make it look more attractive. Plus, the house isn't close and facing the road, its parallel to it, and at the top of the lot. (For a little change from the usual)
