This is my first upload to MTS2. This is one of my favorite houses.All constructive comments are welcome, especially landscaping ones. Landscaping is my biggest weakness. This house was based on the Ranch 5 floor plan found at www.awahae.com/OUTLET/plans

This is the perfect home for your sim family. Attached, garage apartment can be used for in-laws, your independant teen or dead beat relatives. Originally I was going to upload this lot unfurnished but I love this house so much I wanted your sim family to be able to enjoy it immediately.
