A beautiful Mediterranean home, as requested by XsparklechildX (see here). It features 5 bedrooms (i added one), 4.5 bathrooms, and a very open feel to it. unlike most houses i've made from plans, this one seems to be very playable. i can't wait to move one of my newer families into it (once they start saving some simoleans).

Oh, i only have the base game for now, so, bear with the fact that i couldn't REALLY put a garage there, but the space is there, and shouldn't be a problem. (i'll probably get NL soon) but the positive point is everyone can use it =)

It's clean packed and tested, so shouldn't be any problems, if so, let me know and i'll update it =)

anyway, i hope you like my first submission (of which there will be many) and hopefully this time it gets approved (oops, guess unfurnished and unlandscaped WAS too bare, but... bah. it's your house too!)
