Samsara - Modern Beauty

Not too many "Modern" house designers out there when you do a search on Google, but, i stumbled across S2 Designers and fell in love with a few of their homes. This is from the "medium" category (4000-8000sq ft, yeah, that's "mid size", lol).

This beauty is called Samsara. it features:

1 Master Suite - Master bedroom/Bath/Sitting room/Office/Nursery with 2 balconies. (i LOVE this room!)
3 bedrooms with full bathrooms
2 powder rooms (i added one to the laundry room area (in playtesting i found that the bathrooms were far from the kitchen/outdoor area))
3 Car garage
Breakfast nook
Library
Pool
And much more!!

The floorplan is VERY open, with an exposed kitchen area (with pantry) and breakfast nook. The second floor is a perpetual balcony, with many areas overlooking the primary gathering points within the house. I redegigned the pool a little from the main plan, (to make it the same shape as the house) and added plenty of space for a jacuzzi, or sitting area, or whatever you choose.

Again, my houses are unfurnished, and contain only Maxis content, however i did use 2 custom items to build this. they are NOT uncluded (the designers deserve their thanks, and downloads too) they are:

This lot is clean packed, etc. and i have to say, i've found myself playing it more than a few of the other houses i've built lately. it really is just a clean, open, fun house. (with plenty of parking for my car addict sims(or is that me?))
