Nitmaoi -- 12 Indoor Garage Spaces!

Ever download the Death Career? (by stevekills.com) I did. And anyone who has ever gotten the level 10 chance card right knows that 32 Million Simoleans is a LOT of money. Needless to say, my sim started living the GOOD life. Wine, women, spending ALL his time downtown gambling, and the cars... oh, the cars. So many in fact, he ran out of space for all of them. Thus, "Necessity is the mother of all invention" as Plato once wrote. Nitmoai (for short).

So, without further ado, I present: Nitmoai. (my personal sim's house) Available to you for the modest sum of 236,712 Simoleans. (basic furnishing, only) some features include:

5x4 Lot
2 Master Bedrooms
2 Master Bathrooms
4 Full Bathrooms
3 Half Bathrooms (ok, it's a HUGE house... i didn't want them to run too far)
Entertainment room (with dance floor)
Movie Theatre
Wine room
Multi-Tiered pool with 3 level deck
Outdoor Parking for many cars (3 spots provided)
Indoor parking for 10 cars, 1 Motorcycle
Repair area (also in basement) with parking for 1 additional car
and way more than i can remember, right now.

A few things:

1, This was my personal house, so i had to strip it bare in order to make it small enough to post (original package was 600meg) so, there may be a wall i missed or something when recoloring it in all maxis paint. i'm prettysure i got it all, but just fair warning.

2, The parking animation does NOT work on this house. your sim will drive up, and teleport into the spot. beyond that, they work 100%. I've tested them all. actually, this is better to me, as why waste 15 sim minutes parking? who drives that slow?!?

3. Again, custom content isn't included. Every one of these items are amazing, and you should have them anyway. please remember to give thanks too =) they deserve it. here's the links to the stuff you will need:
