Description:
This is a Residential lot i created today. It works as a Home Business. I have all expansion packs installed plus the Family Fun Stuff Pack (I don't have Holiday Party Pack). So i have used items from all games. The second story of the main part of the resort is not furnished or decorated.
My inspiration for this lot mostly came from a resort in my hometown. This lot does look a lot like the real thing (apart from out back XD). The Bar, restaurant and reception area are the more realistic things. I spent a lot of time doing this lot, trying to get it right.

Lot Size: 5x6.
Lot Cost: $204 011.

This resort includes:
- Bar
- Restaurant (Not sure if this will work as a home business)
- 4 Upper hotel/Motel style rooms
- 2 Self-contained villa style apartments
- A Pool
- BBQ Area surrounding Pool
- Gym
- 2 Communal Showers (Male and female)

Please note that some of the custom content I originally provided with this lot was removed by me because of Submission Guidlines, therefore some of the furnishings pictured are not included.
