This is a four story hotel with 16 rooms, a restaurant, a tiki bar, a pool, two saunas, an exercise room and a helicopter pad on the roof. NOTE: This is a big building so if you have a crappy or slow computer it probably will lag. This is my first upload onto MTS2 and it took me about five hours to make. Each room is fully furnished and is layed out very nicely.(In my opinion ;P) NOTE (again): If you have Fresh Prince's helicopter decoration, its a nice touch on the roof heli pad I hope you and your sims enjoy this hotel.
