Perfect for singles -3x3 lot

This title is a joke, of course. The fact is that this house is made on the basis of the minimum interior walls. Actually only the toilets are divided from the rest with walls.

I've tried to make a very simple but stylish house for 1 or 2 sims using only Maxis' meshes or self-made content, but its fresh atmosphere would have been impossible to reach without Ailias and Moon-ez creativity and talent for meshing (see credits). I insist on thanking them again and again. There's only one thing: I've just found out that Ailias made a white recolor of Maxis' OFB fence that I hadn't noticed, so I've made that recolor myself and it's included (it's in the balcony). Sorry for repeating the same recolor.
