This manor house, built in the late georgian era, has recently been refurbished for habitation. Beautifully elegant and grand, and perfect for both modern and georgian style housing. This house features a grand Foyer, a beautiful ballroom, a living room, a large dining room, kitchen, study 2 hallways and two small bathrooms down stair, and a large master bedroom with His' and Her's bathrooms on the first floor. In the basement there are five rooms, four empty and one with a swimming pool.

this house does feature alot of custom content, because there is so much fantastic stuff available and i can never stop myself using it.
There's also the fact that i have ALL EP's which shouldnt be a problem. You will DEFINITELY need Nightlife as there are two driveways. but i'm not sure what other ep's are actually required, because i'm not sure whether the non CC items i've used are EP, or Base Game. So i reckon it'd be better if you have all EP's to date. but (good news :D) you don't need any stuff packs! yay

There is some other CC included, that didn't show up when i ran this lot through clean installer, but i know they are in the lor, and i didn't make them!
there is a recolour of Papavers Poppies - white flowers with red buds
there is a recolour of the canonical column - in green, white and gold
There is a terrain paint of dirt by TheSeraph9000 (i have no idea where this is from but it has this name which isn't recognised by MTS2 search!)

The only other things i feel i should mention is that the chateau panelling i have included are no longer on the website given, even though the description says credit to there. That is all i know about this lot.
