The largest lot in the game. Since the lot is so huge when the sims are in separate parts of the station double-clicking on your sim to jump to them makes it much easier to find where they wandered off to.

It was too large to get the entire floorplan in one photo. This lot is meant as a "clean" lab and is completely closed off to the outside world. The only entrance is the long hallway ending out by the mailbox.

There are six "pods" on the ground floor not counting the 4 floor observation tower.
The top two floors are for observation with included telescopes, an office with an elevator for all floors and a glass walled internal staircase from the 4th to the 3rd floor observation room.
The second floor is empty, the first floor has 2 robot workbenches. There is another observation "pod" that can only be reached from the 3rd floor observation room in the tower. This contains a telescope and a desk with computer. It overlooks the entire complex and has a beautiful view. This is meant for the leader's private office.

The ground floor pods include a main "A" pod living room area with 3 computers/desks, bookcase, locker, tv, sofa and chair, all Maxis. There is a "game room next to that in the same main pod.
"S" pod is a unique indoor pool with a bar and a waterflow fountain in the center of the swimming pool. 'K" pod is the kitchen with one bedroom and a bathroom.

To the left of that is "H" pod with a hottub and plenty of plants. "B" pod is to the right of the swimming pool there are two separate bathrooms with showers. To the right of the swimming pool is "R" pod. This is a two bedroom pod for the other scientists.

These sims are not in the download, no worry. I just want to "tell the story". The lot is furnished with maxis only stuff for those who want to jump right into it. The bathtub partially seen in the kitchen scene was made by mickyss and is not included with the download. If you are curious about that tub, the link is below.

Two sisters, Meg and Ally Snadowsky, won the lotto and decided to build a lab to discover the world of robotics. They invited Alex Amaro, a brilliant scientist to join them in their quest. But when the huge observation tower began operation, their efforts were noticed by "off-world" scientists. What will happen in your story with this lab?
