A Medieval Castle!

Originally I wasn't intending to enter the Medieval Challenge, but something (maybe the Olde English day?) made me decide to give it a go--even though castles aren't exactly what you'd call my "specialty"--but I'm glad I did, because I quite like my castle.

The castle sits high on a hill with a "drawbridge" over a precipice leading to it. A high wall borders the lot with a watchtower at each corner. There is an apple orchard, barn, well, garden plots, and a chapel within the main walls. There is also a waterfall surrounded by trees--I know the land around castles was usually cleared of vegetation, but I love trees and couldn't bear to have none. :P
