I´m uploading this house again, and I hope this time I do it right. The custom items you see in the pictures, and I think it is only the car, they don´t make part of the download. I used only original parts from the game. I made the "Clean Installer thing", and the house gone from 7MB to only 626kb, what I think pretty weird, so I don´t know if it will work right. I hope it does.
I´m uploading two versions of the same house. The pink one has University content. The yellow house I tried to clean from any EP content, so I´d appreciate if someone without EPs please tell me if it worked.
The pink house price is $36.259.
The yellow one is $35.682.
Both lots size is 3x3.
The furniture you see in the pictures are just ideas for decoration, they don´t come with the house.
If you have Nighlife you may build a garage.
