In my opinion, its a mansion. Details Are:
Cost: 27462$- Cheap huh?
lot 2x3- small but BIG
can fit: 3 people, depending on how you modify the inside.
The "attic" is purely DECORATIVE. I don't know if there are still hacks, cause when i checked the s2packcleaninstaller the only thing that appeared was "lotSegmentforUpload" so i assumed that it had no hacks. This house is like a starter mansion*lol*
it is unfurnished.
