Lot size: 5x3. Price is $143, 644 simoleans. Two bedrooms (master bedroom opens out into the balcony), two bathrooms, a study, living room and the rest is open space where I placed the kitchen, bar and billiards hall adjacent to each other. The kitchen literally opens out into the dining area located at the balcony overlooking a pool and a Jacuzzi. Fully furnished lot with no custom content whatsoever.

The inspiration for this lot is from another dream, which happened ages ago, but I still remember the layout after all of this years. So I just thought of re-creating it in my Sims game.

Note: The previous owners of this lot are especially fond of cooking and entertaining their guests, hence the need for a large kitchen with 2 stoves and 2 fridges.
