I really liked Melodie9's Rocker Hair For Toddlers, but it really annoyed me how stiff it was. Since I was learning how do animations and wanted to practice on that I loaded it up and played around with the file. I am pretty happy with how it turned out. Thanks to Amber for testing it for me.

This hair is color binned and if the toddler grows up into a child when using this mesh they will keep the same hairstyle.

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
