One more Starter Home for our Sims. It only costs 17.243 $. Its not very large but I build it with a Basement. I`ve tried something new. In lack of place inside the house, you can reach the cellar only from outside of this home. You can see it on the screenshots. I build this house with 1 Bathroom, 1 Livingroom, 1 Bedroom and 1 Diningroom. I think you can use the Diningroom optional as a Kidsroom or Studyroom or something else. The Slot has a Size of 3x3. I`m not sure if you can use this house really as a starter home, becase you have to furniture it, so be careful.

(2)P.S. I made a bad Design Error. I forgot some Doors inside. You have to build them yourself. I`m sorry about that. After 2 hours of buildung with try and error, i was a little bit inattentively.
