I post this Residence once time before but i take the wrong photos so the thread will be rejected i think, here are the right one Have fun with it. The Residental Lot has a Size of 3x3 Slots and costs 26.539 $. It has 1 Bedroom, 1 big Livingroom (enough place to split it into 2 Rooms), 2 Bathrooms (1 on the Groundfloor and one Downstairs) and a Kitchen. Also there is a parking place for your Car and a cellar that is big enough to build even 1 more Bedroom or a Kidsroom for example. Maybe a little shop will find a place on the Lot. you can see it on the screenshots.
