13 Haunted Hill Manor

High on a hill this old abandoned manor sits waiting for some sim to dare moving in and refurbishing its once beautiful decor to make it livable.

Complete with a graveyard and torn, ripped out wallpaper. The outside of the house has trashed, ripped and missing siding while the 1st floor is covered in faded, ripped ancient wallpaper. There are pics of how it had been furnished in a spooky manner.

Since the ghosts are sims I could not include them, but if you don't already know this, if you have "open for business" you can move ghost tombstones with your sim's backpack. There are lots of tombstones in the Spector house in Strangetown.

Package the 13 Dead End Rd "Spector" house from strangetown and re-install to the neighborhood where you want your haunted house to be.

Take your new sim or one of your current sims to the neighborhood sim bin then "add to household" of the Spector house, 13 Dead End Rd in that same neighborhood where your haunted house is.

Collect the tombstones by opening your backpack and dragging the stones into that. Then have the sim use either the computer or newspaper to "find own place". Back from the neighborhood sim bin put your sim into the house you want to haunt. The tombstones will either be on the sidewalk beside the added sim or still in that sim's backpack.
