Lighthouse on the rocks - full furnished

This lighthouse consitsts of a huge tower and a small flat in the ground floor.
The basement is built on the rocks.
The mailbox is placed almost next to the door (so the mailman has to climb whole the stairs )

The ground is 3x3 big and costs 35.830$. The house is already full furnished and there is also a nice landscape round it.
