This lot is my take on a lighthouse. It is a residential lot that costs a little over 23,000 simoleons. The interior is anything but spacious, but the neighborhood view is worth it.

No custom content or hacks--all items and decor are Maxis made.

Please let me know if there are any errors in installing--I used a custom terrain paint at first but then decided against it and covered over it with a Maxis terrain paint, so hopefully no dreaded "blue patches" will appear. :-)

I made this lot to house the pirates that work at my pirate-themed restaurant. I used V1ND1CARE's excellent lot "Vanguard" as the restaurant (not included, just giving you ideas).
