Actually I built this lot quite a long time ago. The title implies that it is somehow special or magical looking. Unluckily it just is as ordinary as a house could be. I chose this name because of the friendly witch living in there since the beginning of time. In fact, adding all the magical equipment a sorcerer should possess will at least give the lot a witchy touch.



There is no custom content included except for the wall coverings listed below. A great thanks to the creators. In my opinion, the interiors would not look half that good with base game walls.
Objects like the scope and magical stuff in the pictures simply are for illustrating purpose and are not part of the download. The same counts for the depicted witch/lady.
