This is my first attempt at a foundation with a garage.
I even got brave and recolored the pool.
Please let me know what you think and any suggestions and critizisms will be taken to heart for further builds.

Large sun deck
2 car garage
Landscaping & lighting inside and out
I have University/Nightlife installed and have tested it with no problems.
I used only Maxis content with no hacks.
