This is not like what I usually do, but I wanted to do something different.
It functions like a normal home it's just placed on the lot backwards.
Front is Back and Back is Front.
There is alot of room for your own landscaping touchs.
Cost: $64.033
Lot size: 4X4
3br. 2 ba.
Amenities include:
Fridge,dishwasher,stove and trash compactor.
I have University/Nightlife installed and have tested it with no problems.
I used only Maxis content with no hacks.
