Lot size: 3x3
Lot price: ~$80,000 (edited from ~$40k - unfurnished price)
Furnished: Lightly furnished, enough to define the rooms
Custom Content: No custom textures/furnishings, although I did use the below mods:
This house makes use of Numenor's Wall Window Seamless (just the "basic" part) mod:

And also XxHalfBloodPrincexX's "Another Spiral Staircase", which works great:

Now, on to the lot itself:
In making this lot, I wanted to not only make someplace I myself would love to live, but I also wanted to present a distinctive look from the front of the lot. I think I did well, with the mostly-glass second level dominating the ground level by extending out on the front three sides. It was my intention for the ground level to appear to function more as supports holding up the level above it, highlighted by the way the pool house on the right extends straight up and through the second level. I tried to keep very clean lines on the front of the lot.
Functionally, most of the "living" takes place on the second floor. Aside from the unique pool, the main structure on the ground floor contains the entry and the kitchen/dining area, with great access to the patio/pool for entertainment purposes. The second floor, however, contains the reading room, tv room, and wetbar, along with the master suite and a second bedroom/study option. Take the staircase near the reading room to access a studio with a view, or continue upwards to reach the upper balcony/observation deck.
Let me know what you think! And for my next project, a scale representation of the Titanic!

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
