This is a simple yet stylish starter home, furnished with everything your Sim needs to get started. The main floor has an elevated sitting/dining area with a wall of glass overlooking a small water garden. Also on the main level is a full bathroom and a small kitchen, situated underneath an open staircase rising to the loft bedroom above.

The only thing custom in this lot is Numenor's Wall Window Seamless set; this lot makes use of the basic and the slanted sets:

Also, I have Numenor's unlevel wall mod installed, but unless you want to change the texture of the vertical wooden siding, I don't think you'll need it:
