Ever wonder what happens to old servos? I don't mean those lucky few who lead long and happy existences, loved by their owners and passed down through their families from one generation of sims to the next. No, I mean what happens to all the others, all the worn out, outmoded and unwanted ones who find themselves traded in for newer models or just dumped like any other piece of old machinery?

Well, most of them are returned to Servo Industries who, for want of anything better to do with them, pack them into containers and send them to bleak, out-of-the-way storage depots where they are just....forgotten. They spend their time reminiscing, remembering how good it was to have an owner who needed them and waiting patiently for the day when they'll be needed again. Waiting......while their gears rust and their circuits fail.....for a day that never comes.

It's a 3x4 lot and costs about 42k. The warehouse has a workshop and office downstairs and two large storerooms upstairs plus the containers can be used as rooms too. I'd sort of imagined a few servos living here, running a home business selling robots from out of the containers, but it's big enough for a good sized family and versatile enough for just about anything.

I've tried to keep custom content to a minimum so it's unfurnished apart from one or two bits and pieces I've added for atmosphere. The custom content I have used is......
