Tortuga - Pirate's Lair

Built high on the cliffs overlooking the Bay of Tortuga, this house was originally the home of Captain Jack Rumm, better known as Twobeard the Pirate, scourge of the Spanish Main, curse of the Caribbean and all-round really really bad egg.

Despite it's prime location, the house has remained empty since Captain Jack kept a long overdue appointment with Davy Jones. Doubtless his fearsome reputation has done much to put off potential buyers, but for certain rare sims...those of a more swashbuckling persuasion perhaps...this lot might just provide an ideal home.

It's a 4x4 lot with (depending how you want to use it) anything up to 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, several whatever rooms and parking spaces for 2 cars. Bags of room for a home business too. It costs about 73k unfurnished apart from a few bits of decoration.
