Good Evening one and all

Here we a lil o'l farmstead for your country family. This lot took awhile creating it.
I used to go to the Aunts and Uncles farms in upper state North Dakota and remembered how fun it was building fort's up in the barn out of hay bails. I havent been up that way in over 30 years, most have sold the land and no longer farm, sorry just a flash back..... lol... back to the upload.
The lot itself has 3 buildings on it. the house, barn, garage (no need for the outhouse..... indoor plumbing)

The Building specs

Main House
First Floor:
A very Large living area
Dining
a very large kitchen
Mud room (sink and water closet or a toilet if you prefer)
closet

Second Floor:
3 regular sized bedrooms
a bathroom (for those bedrooms)
A Spacious Master Bedroom
A Master Bathroom with an Angled tub, Deluxe Corner Bath Tub and a water closet (toilet) on a Mezzanine level (above the level the tubs are on)

Barn
A very long driveway to park 3 cars in front and 3 inside
10 empty animal stalls (buy your own damn animals)...LOL
and a large upper floor for the hay (no one has created a "Hay Bail" yet)
