Mod The Sims - Sim Tech Student Library [First Anniversay Edition]

I know it's almost 2 moths late, but it's better late then never. I've taken my first upload and edited it enough to make an anniversay edition. This is also the student library on the campus of Sim Tech. Sim Tech's designed to look more urban outside, but looks more tidy and better inside.
