This is my first home I have uploaded onto here, so please be gentle.

I've always hated the long lists of things to get for a house, so all the walls , floors and terrian in this house is all Maxis Content but you will need to have all of the EPs and GL to be on the safe side. The house comes unfurnished to you at the cost of $32,592, on a 3x3 lot, and it is partially landscaped. I left it pretty bare so you all can let your creatitivy go into this home too.

I really do hope you all enjoy! Please be truthful when you tell me what you think! Sorry it is not furnished. My game was running kind of wierd when i did this and I was too afraid I would push it too much by furnishing.
