This lovely home is furnished at $107,504 on a 2x4 lot. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 1 car garage.

This House has been through the Sims 2 Clean Installer!

The Interior decor is pretty bare. I thought I'd let you all design it yourself. Also, it seems that none of the overhead lights will appear, so you will have add those too. Sorry about that.
