Right this is my first upload so i thought i would try something simple.
This is one of my favourite small houses in the game and is good to get your sims started in.
The house has one double bedroom, a small bathroom, a kitchen/dinning area, it also has a medium sized living room and a spare room which could be used as another bedroom, study or a salon like i've been using it for. The house also comes with a driveway.
The house is unfernished and costs about $10,408. The lot size is 20 x 20
