This house is for the middle class sims out there that have a little extra money to be able to spend on a house. Originally a failed project, on a new style of home, it managed to turn out looking quite nice if I don’t say so my self
The house has up to four bedrooms, a large kitchen, one and half bathrooms. The downstairs rooms can also be used as games rooms or a study or gym. Has two driveway spaces for the family.
The house comes unfurnished
